Pay on Your Terms: Pay as much as you like, as often as you like, within the six-month period. We believe in making it convenient for you to manage your payments according to your budget.

No Cash Refunds: Please note that we do not offer cash refunds on any layaway items. However, we're here to assist you with exchanges or store credit if needed.

No Refunds or Exchanges on Altered or Custom Pieces: Custom or altered pieces are crafted especially for you, and therefore, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or credit on these items. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every bespoke creation.

Abandoned Items Policy: Any items left in layaway for over one year will be considered abandoned. In such cases, all deposits and payments will be forfeited by the customer.
