At Milano Fine Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your item, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of purchase for a full refund. If the return is initiated after the 7-day period, store credit will be issued. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

For purchases made in the month of December, an extended return policy applies, allowing items to be returned no later than December 28th for a full refund. This special provision ensures that gifts purchased during the holiday season can be exchanged or refunded within an extended timeframe.

Please note that all returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, have not been altered and accompanied by any included certificates or documentation.
